Cofounder

With over two decades in the technology space, Davida brings a rare blend of financial expertise, account management experience, and deep industry insight. Before co-founding FTT Networks, she spent 29 years at End to End Networks, where she evolved from finance operations into senior account and partner leadership roles. Over the years, she helped deliver complex network solutions for some of Canada’s largest payment processing and regulatory institutions, a complex outdoor wireless infrastructure deployment at one of the largest rail maintenance facilities in the GTA, and a 300+ site international network deployment for a North American diversified environmental services company – each project requiring a high degree of precise execution.

 

At FTT, Davida leads partner engagement, financial systems, and internal enablement. As CRO, she plays a central role in mentoring staff, refining processes, and building long-term relationships with both vendors and clients. Her focus is on helping the FTT team move quickly, operate securely, and deliver high-touch, high-impact results.

Known for her commitment, responsiveness, and leadership-by-example, Davida is the kind of executive who won’t hesitate to roll up her sleeves and help deliver on a deadline. When she’s not working, you’ll find her reading, writing, boating with her dog, or volunteering with organizations that support the visually impaired.

Heath brings nearly three decades of experience in enterprise networking, having spent over 29 years at End to End Networks where he served in roles from technician to CTO and eventually president. He’s led major national infrastructure projects, including SD-WAN rollouts for multi-national manufacturing and distribution firms, and large-scale wireless deployments for logistics and transportation networks.

As a technical leader, Heath specializes in high-availability, multi-site networks for industries like cold storage, 3PL, manufacturing, and retail. His approach is grounded in one clear philosophy: build networks that are highly available, responsive, and secure—no matter the technology.

​

He co-founded FTT Networks to deliver focused, best-in-class network services at a time when many niche providers were being absorbed by large firms and losing their edge. Heath now leads daily operations, technical strategy, and product innovation—always with an eye on what’s next.

When he's not working, Heath keeps busy with muskie fishing, soccer, pickleball, and building custom guitars. He also gives back as a Program Advisory Committee member for George Brown College, helping shape the next generation of IT professionals.

Travis is an entrepreneur and business strategist with a deep passion for helping organizations scale through smart, accessible technology. As a co-founder of FTT Networks, he brings leadership experience, operational insight, and a track record of growing high-performance teams.

​

Born and raised in New Mexico, Travis earned his undergraduate degree at New Mexico State University and later completed his MBA with a specialization in finance from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. His early career in finance took him to Seattle, where he worked at JPMorgan Chase during the acquisition of Washington Mutual, before returning home to help build and lead the sales engine at Kosh Solutions - an MSP.

After years of award-winning success at Kosh—including being named CEO—Travis helped launch FTT Networks with a focus on providing network security and managed technology services in the Canadian and USA markets.

 

His belief in combining great people with great tools drives FTT’s vision: making enterprise-level IT support available and affordable for growing organizations.
