​FTT Networks is committed to making our website and digital services accessible to all people, including those with disabilities, in compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian accessibility laws and recognized best practices.

Our Commitment

We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which are widely accepted as the benchmark for web accessibility. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can access our information, services, and resources—regardless of ability.

We will review and update this Accessibility Statement at least once per year, or whenever there are significant changes in standards, technology, or applicable laws. Where required, we may also publish accessibility conformance assessments or gap analyses to provide transparency on our progress.

Our accessibility practices are designed to align with:

    • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (for applicable government-related content)

    • Accessible Canada Act (ACA) for federally regulated organizations

What We’re Doing

To maintain and improve accessibility, we:

  • Conduct regular accessibility audits against WCAG 2.1 Level AA

  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content

  • Maintain sufficient color contrast and scalable text sizes

  • Ensure logical tab order and full keyboard navigation

  • Support screen readers and assistive technologies

  • Review new content for accessibility before publication

  • Train staff and content contributors on accessibility best practices

 

Known Limitations

While we strive for full compliance, some older content or third-party integrations may not yet fully meet WCAG standards. We are actively addressing these issues.
Despite our best efforts, complete accessibility may not be possible at all times due to technical constraints or third-party content.
